The downloaded and completed (with Applicant's Photo stuck + signature of applicant and parent/guardian) application forms should reach IIT Madras on or before 17:00 Hrs of Feb 1, 2010. If you have not entered the JOURNAL NUMBER in the website please send a letter mentioning your Application Number, Name, Bank in which you remitted the fees (Indian Bank/State Bank of India) and the Journal Number Along with your downloaded and completed application form addressed to
